Rehab Concepts Physical Therapy began serving the shoreline community over 25 years ago. Since that time, we’ve expanded our locations but our core staff of physical and occupational therapists have remained, offering a highly skilled and experienced team that enjoys working together as a group. We operate two conveniently located facilities in Guilford and Old Saybrook, offering spacious, bright and friendly environments for our patients of all ages. We are committed to highly focused and individualized care for each patient, which involves actively listening to their needs and responding with compassion, respect and support.
Our Approach
We believe that patient care is not just about the treatment … it includes listening, engaging and supporting our patients and those that care for them. In order to do this well, we purposefully limit the number of patients we meet each day. Therapists stay with their patients throughout each appointment, allowing them to better know their patients, assess progress and update treatment plans.
We approach all of our patients with kindness, respect and compassion in an open and friendly environment. Patients and staff get to know each other well, offering motivation and encouragement when needed. Our experienced staff works together and approaches patient care as a supportive, integrated team. From the moment a patient first walks through our doors until their last appointment, each patients receives personal and attentive care to help bring back the important things in life.
