What do I need for the first visit?

On your first visit, you should arrive 10 minutes early to complete insurance and registration information. Please bring your insurance card, physician's prescription or referral, and a list of any medications, operative reports, MRI or x-ray results you have. If you have any assistive devises, i.e. walkers, canes, or braces, please bring those as well.

What to wear?

Wear comfortable clothing that is loose fitting around the involved area, and a supportive sneaker or shoe.

What should I expect on my first visit?

On the first session, your therapist will perform an evaluation to gain a specific understanding of your current condition. At the end of the session a treatment plan will be developed to resolve your problem areas. Your first visit should last about an hour. We look forward to meeting you!
