LORRAINE WATERHOUSE
OFFICE MANAGER
Lorraine has been the Office Manager at Rehab Concepts Physical Therapy since 2004. She manages the patient registration, scheduling and insurance verification and authorization processes. She also handles billing, electronic medical records and legal requests. She finds it truly inspirational to see patients start physical therapy injured or weak and watch them recover and regain normal function, and she is happy to make things easier for them in any way she can. Lorraine is kind and up-beat because she knows that most patients are recovering from an accident, fall or surgery and she knows their positive experience at Rehab Concepts begins with her. Many patients become part of our Rehab Concepts "family" and that's how she treats them.
Lorraine's interests include traveling, hiking and going for long walks with her rescue dog Skylar. She has two grown children who live in Connecticut and Colorado. She also helps take care of her mother who recently moved to Connecticut, so she can assist her more easily.
